If you're experiencing issues while using Rodeo such being unable to post or collect, try these troubleshooting steps:
Desktop Steps
- Log out and log back in to your Rodeo account
- If using a crypto wallet to log in:
- Close and open your wallet app
- Disconnect and reconnect your wallet
- Check for wallet extension updates
- Disable browser extensions (except your wallet)
- If using a crypto wallet to log in:
- Clear your browser cache
- Restart your browser
- Restart your computer
Mobile Steps
- Log out and log back in to your Rodeo account

- Close and open your wallet app
- Disconnect and reconnect your wallet
